Our Programs

We offer a wide range of programs and classes to accommodate athletes of every age and skill level.

Private tumbling lessons are offered with Mr. Dan and Mr. Jordan based on availability. Private tumbling sessions provide one-on-one instruction to help perfect existing skills or develop new ones. If you are interested in scheduling private tumbling lessons please contact Mr. Dan or Mr. Jordan.

All Star Cheerleading

Join our growing family! RNR currently has teams competing at novice and elite levels. Full year competitive All Star cheerleading is a high intensity and high commitment program. Teams practice a minimum of twice a week for the duration of the season and athletes are highly encouraged to attend group or private tumbling sessions in addition. Regional teams compete in the tri-state area focusing on CCC competitions with the goal of qualifying the THE ONE FINALS in Sandusky, Ohio. Summit teams compete across the country in Varsity cheer events including WSF, JAMfest, and Coastal at the Capitol trying to earn their bids to THE SUMMIT in Tampa, Fl (youth) and Orlando, Fl (Junior/Senior).

Group tumbling classes are offered Monday - Thursday for all ages and skill levels.

Beginner - M/W 4:45-5:45 PM (Recommended for Ages 3-6)

Intermediate - M/W 6:00-7:00 PM (Must have back walk over)

Advanced - M/W/Th 7:00-8:00 PM (Must have back hand spring)

Clinics

Clinics offer small targeted group sessions designed to focus on developing and perfecting particular skills. Clinics are offered throughout the week by Mr. Jordan to help your athlete gain confidence in new skills. We currently offer clinics for back hand springs, back tucks, jumps, and a special “You Name It!” class. Limited availability.

Birthday Parties

The gym is available to rent for birthday parties and other events on weekends. The spring floor, tumble tracks, air track, and mats are available for use. A rock wall, climbing ropes, and obstacle course are also available. Contact Mr. Dan or Coach Darsie for pricing and availability.
